Refund policy

At Moduzen Living, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@moduzenliving.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or incorrect items — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right promptly.
